The Basic But Complete Website Package is a six page website, custom made for you and your business. The six pages include: 1. Home 2. About Us 3. Services 4. Photos or other Media 5. Blog 6. Contact Page. The Home page contains a photo slider or integrated video, and the Contact Page will contain a contact or registration form.
Included in the price is 1 year of domain name registration, 3 email addresses, and 1 year of web hosting fees (with HostGator). Regular website maintenance is included as well as weekly backups. Special features of your website include:

Once your website is live you will want to let all the major search engines and business listing sites know about it so people can find you online. Our Digital Marketing services include:
- Free business listing for your business added the following popular sites: Angie’s List, Bing, Facebook, Google Places/Maps/Google+, Manta, SuperPages, Yahoo Small Business, AOL Yellow Pages, Yellowbook, Yelp, YP, Twitter – Also 3 local or domain specific websites appropriate for your business
- Google AdWords, or Facebook, or Bing Pay Per Click ad campaign management
- Management of business citation propagation tool such as Yext, Neustar Localeze, UBL, MOZ
- Social Media posting and engagement
- Creation of Call To Action and Landing Page
- Link Building
Chickadee Web Design will make minor website modifications or corrections for free for up to a year after site launch; major functionality and/or additional pages will be added for a negotiated fee.
You will also be provided with login id and password to make your own modifications.
Social Media Tutoring – $40/hour
We provide phone and email based tutoring for optimal use of major Social Media platforms (Faceook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube, Flickr, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
Special Payment Plan
I offer a special interest-free payment plan where the total agreed-upon fees can paid paid in 2 equal monthly payments, with the first payment due upon commission of the project.
Terms & Conditions
In order to keep my pricing as low as possible the following conditions apply:
- Projects are allowed 2 free design revisions after initial agreed-upon website design. Additional revisions are priced depending on the complexity of the desired changes.
- Please allow 30 days for total website completion.
- A link to the Chickadee Web Design website with the phrase “Website by Chickadee Web Design” will appear on the footer of your site.
- Proof-read website content to be supplied by client. Major editing or original content will be charged at $40/hour.
- Images to be supplied by client, or stock photos can be sourced by Chickadee Web Design for $50 plus the cost of the images.
- Projects will commence after all content and images are supplied to Chickadee Web Design via email, Google Drive, Dropbox, or other file sharing utility.
- Communication during the project is via email only. For communication by phone or in-person a fee of $40/hour applies (after initial consultation which is free).
- Chickadee Web Design hours of work are 9AM – 6PM EST Monday through Friday.
